In 2018, we formalized this commitment under the title “Social Purpose,” introducing initiatives to communicate our dedication and inspire broader engagement in socially responsible activities.

Our Social Purpose program acknowledges and honors the countless contributions made by our teams, whether through company-sponsored initiatives or individual efforts. This year’s PawsFirst Pet Photo Contest brought our North American teams together once again, giving everyone a chance to show off the pets who keep us smiling—and to support local animal rescue groups at the same time. The votes have been tallied, and we are excited to share this year’s top three finishers!
